Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. As a small business, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive your kit in the best possible condition.
Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to component availability, supplier lead times, or other factors outside of our control. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you and keep you informed of the status of your order.
We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.
Returns & Exchanges
Our educational kits may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are in their original condition and include all supplied components, packaging, and documentation.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items are subject to:
- A $20 inspection and handling fee.
- A restocking fee calculated as a percentage of the purchase price, where applicable.
Before returning any item, please contact us for return authorization. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and verified.
Care & Safety Instructions
Our educational kits are designed for learning, experimentation, and skill development purposes only. They are not intended for production, commercial, industrial, or safety-critical applications.
To protect the kit and its components, we recommend using an appropriate enclosure or protective case during operation and storage. Unless specifically stated in the product documentation, do not connect the kit directly to mains power.
Some kits may require the use of tools such as soldering irons, hot glue guns, wire cutters, drills, or other equipment during assembly. These tools can cause injury if used incorrectly.
Children and inexperienced users should only use these kits under the supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Adult assistance is strongly recommended whenever power tools, heat-producing tools, sharp tools, or electrical equipment are involved.
Always follow safe working practices and use appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
