How Delivery Works

We Run It For You
One of our facilitators runs the sessions on-site or online, start to finish. Best for a single event, or if your team doesn't have STEM-specific facilitation experience yet.

We Run It, You Take It From There
We deliver the first session live so your staff see it run properly, then hand over facilitator notes and support so your own team can run future sessions independently.

Your Team Delivers It
Fully self-directed: we supply the kits, a facilitator guide, and troubleshooting support, and your staff run every session on their own schedule.
Community & Bulk Pricing
We don't publish a flat rate, because the real cost per participant depends on group size, in-person vs online delivery, number of sessions, and how many kits are needed. Safety & Compliance
All facilitators who deliver in-person sessions for Sadat Akhavi Academy hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC). Documentation is available on request as part of your booking process — just ask when you enquire.

What delivery formats are available?
Both in-person and online sessions are available, and sessions can be facilitator-led (we run it), a hybrid handover (we run the first session, your team takes it from there), or fully self-directed (your team runs it with our kits and guides) — see "How Delivery Works" above.
How much lead time do you need to book?
Lead time depends on the season and kit availability — the earlier you reach out, the more scheduling flexibility we can offer. Ask us for current availability when you enquire.
What equipment or space do we need to provide?
Requirements are minimal and vary slightly by kit — generally a table per small group, and power access for electronics kits. We'll confirm the exact list for your chosen program when you enquire.
