Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Unused educational kits may be returned within **30 days of delivery**, provided they are in their original condition and include all supplied components, packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain return authorization and return instructions. This helps us process your return as efficiently as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will review the return request and, where approved, provide one of the following remedies:

• A refund to the original payment method
• Store credit
• A gift voucher for future purchases

The remedy offered may depend on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your kit arrives damaged, contains faulty or missing components, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, which may include replacement parts, an exchange, store credit, a gift voucher, or a refund where appropriate.

To protect the kit and its components, we recommend using an appropriate enclosure or protective case during operation and storage. Unless specifically stated in the product documentation, do not connect the kit directly to mains power.

Some kits may require the use of tools such as soldering irons, hot glue guns, wire cutters, drills, or other equipment during assembly. These tools can cause injury if used incorrectly.

Children and inexperienced users should only use these kits under the supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Adult assistance is strongly recommended whenever power tools, heat-producing tools, sharp tools, or electrical equipment are involved.

Always follow safe working practices and use appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
